Terms of service

We happily accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective bandanas & shirts purchased online. A refund will be issued via the payment method used at checkout. Customer is responsible for return postage. Please contact us to initiate a return within 7 days of the delivery date.

We do not accept returns on personalized bandanas, clearance items, Farm Hounds treats, toys, snuffle mats, greeting cards, or stickers.
