Return Policy
We happily accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective bandanas & shirts purchased online. A refund minus the shipping cost will be issued via the payment method used at checkout. Customer is responsible for return postage. A refund will be issued with 3 business days once the returned item(s) is received. Please contact us to initiate a return within 7 days of the delivery date.
We do not accept returns on personalized bandanas, clearance items, treats, toys, snuffle mats, greeting cards, or stickers.
Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size?
If you need to exchange your unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective bandanas we are happy to help! We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us to start an exchange. Customer is responsible for return postage to us and postage to ship out the new item. An invoice will be sent to the email the order was placed with for additional shipping cost. If you are sizing down and your new item is less than the original item the difference will be deducted from shipping cost.
